    Our Seventh Turtle Dig is here and you are INVITED!

    Use this link to RSVP. RSVP is mandatory for this event. 

    A Loggerhead nest has hatched and we want you to come out to our Turtle Dig and watch the Turtle Team evaluate the success of this nest. We will be giving a short presentation on sea turtle life history/impacts to sea turtle survival, and this the perfect time to ask our experts any questions you have about sea turtles. If you are lucky you may even get to see a loggerhead hatching get rescued and released to the ocean!

    This event is free and open for all ages and should last about 45min. Due to COVID-19 online RSVP is MANDATORY. We have a limited number of spots available in order to keep proper social distancing during the event. 

    COVID 19 has had an impact on our organization and ability to fundraise. Please consider donating to this event so we can continue offering these immersive educational experiences.

  • Coastal Cleanup - Sponsored by Chelsea's Gourmet

    Humiston Beach Park, 3000 Ocean Dr, Vero Beach, FL 32963, USA

    We have a special coastal cleanup planned for Saturday, August 15nd! This cleanup is brought to you by Chelsea's Gourmet. Owned and operated by a local Vero family, this restaurant is an example of sustainability. This restaurant recently joined the Vero Goes Zero plastic alternatives program and has done away with ALL single-use plastic products. 

    The Cleanup will be located at Humiston Park starting at 9am. After the cleanup, everyone will head down to Chelsea's to enjoy an Acai Bowl, delicious latte, or yummy breakfast item at a special discounted rate. The secret word will be provided at the cleanup so please don't miss out! 

    At the cleanup, we will be collecting real-time data to help us better understand how much debris is in our waterways and sensitive coastal habitats. all data is provided to decision-makers at the end of the year. RSVP HERE

  • Coastal Cleanup - Tracking Station Beach Park

    Our next coastal cleanup will be on Saturday, August 22nd! We will be meeting at Tracking Station Beach Park in Vero Beach. Please join us in helping protect our coastal communities and collecting real-time data to help us better understand how much debris is in our waterways. Supplies available for everyone thanks to the Endless Summer License Plate. We will be hosting additional cleanups this year; please check our calendar for details. Join us for a fun-filled day of education and deliciously prepared Lionfish dishes, or take part in the Tournament to help eradicate these invasive predators.

Oyster Recycling

We have received funds for our Shuck-N-Share program. We rolled out this program at two local restaurants in Fall 2019, including the Green Marlin and Riomar Country Club.
